Today was a continuation of knitting. I learned how to decrease and increase along with seeing how holding stitches can affect the shape and volume of the knit. I started knitting the hat sample, and while keeping track of the stitches has always been a challenge for me, I think it's turning out really well. Learning to caste on, partial knit, decrease, increase, cast off, and purl has been a good refresher. I'm excited what else I am able to knit. I might even take up crocheting again.
Today we met up with Trend Union to see their 2018 Spring/Summer trend forecasts video. Their stories are pretty cool for 2018; I'm excited to see which story will be the most popular.
After Trend Union, even though the weather was crummy, my friends and I went to the grande rue Ferris wheel and Place De la Concorde. We went on the ferris wheel for only 12 euros, and even though it was rainy, we were able to see so many things from the top. I was able to get a waffle and buy souvenirs.
