My name is Panyia Xiong, and I’m a first-generation Hmong artist, creative problem-solver, and cross-functional collaborator with over six years of experience bridging the gap between design vision and seamless execution across retail production, supply chain, and apparel design.

In my professional career, I partner closely with mills and vendors to fine-tune design details, align on costs and timelines, and keep complex projects moving, always with a focus on quality, brand alignment, and speed to market. Whether managing fast-paced calendars or translating creative briefs into actionable plans, I bring clarity, energy, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset. I thrive in dynamic environments where strong relationships, strategic thinking, and operational excellence come together to drive results.

Outside of work, I love traveling for food and inspiration, creating 2D illustrations, and learning new crafts (usually while listening to a good true crime story).
